At Damage Control Mouthguards, we prioritize your protection and comfort; if you are not satisfied with your non-custom gear, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, custom-fit mouthguards are non-refundable once the impression has been processed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
